How Do I Meet People?

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at this church.
Small Group
Small groups will be offered in the future as the church grows. Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has small Bible studies held in member homes. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve people. At a time designated by your group leader you can participate in the small group study.
Youth Ministry
The youth ministry is under construction and is planned for the future. Each Sunday morning, children will get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons will be taught in such a way that every child will get to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers will be carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The youth ministry of our church is recognized for their meaningful interaction with kids. Children will be taught to walk in their ministry callings.
Young Adults
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of our church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
Women’s Group
The women’s group provides the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s group provides times of Bible study, prayer, book reviews, planned activities (and, of course, food). This group provides a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.
Men’s Group
The men’s group will provide the men in our church family with an opportunity to fellowship with one another and establish positive relationships with their brothers in Christ. Building community, group fellowship, and planned activities fosters a culture in which the men in this group may succeed and hold one another accountable. Becoming a priest, protector, and provider is encouraged in the men’s group.
Married Couples
Even though marriage is one of the most important institutions, it is the one which is under the most attack–internally and externally. The church encourages married couples to date one another, just as they did when they first fell in love. Marriage is a covenant relationship between the married couple and God. We encourage married couples to follow the word, and to schedule marriage counseling with professionals as needed.
Over 50’s
Once you get past fifty, the fun has just begun. Whether retired, just plain tired, or active as ever, the over-50 group of Eagles’ Nest Global Ministries provides refreshment, ministry, and times of valuable interaction. A mentoring ministry gives older believers a chance to meet with and help younger believers grow in Christ.
